S’wich It Up

S’wich It Up is a food truck operating in Albuquerque, NM, and is an endeavor undertaken by my brother (who is a world class chef) and myself. In the ways of business services I wrote the business plan, developed all the financial projections, performed some market research, and designed a proposal presentation. I also presented this business at the Anderson School of Management Entrepreneurial Challenge in Spring of 2013 and was awarded second place.

After the competition I spent time developing the logo and creating the website for S’wich It Up. The website is fully responsive to ensure the same user experience on any device. The home page features a map to allow customers to easily locate the food truck any given day, while the menu page features all the latest creations in gorgeous full width images. With regards to the food photography, the smallest details were cared for in order to ensure the most appetizing photos possible.
